​Francis R. “Butch” Howard

​Mr. Howard was born in Macon, Georgia and currently resides on Daniel Island in Charleston, SC. He has a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology. He also has had Executive Training at the University of Georgia and at Southern Company.

Mr. Howard worked with Georgia Power Company for 38 years. With Georgia Power, he managed a wide variety of operations in both corporate and in field offices in Transmission and Distribution. He finished his career as Corporate T & D Training Manager.

Mr. Howard started his own Business Consulting firm in 2003, which became ChoicePoint Consulting with the move to South Carolina in 2006. He specializes in organizational development, talent management, executive coaching, leadership, teamwork, managerial communications, process improvement, hiring and selection, career transition and outplacement services. Customers include Asset Planning Corporation, Atlantic Building Components, Gilston Insurance, Total Comfort Solutions, Charleston Leadership Foundation, Novus Architects, Reliance Global Logistics, Trubild, Moondog Animation, C-12 and Seacoast Church.

Mr. Howard is a Value Added Associate of TTI Success Insights. He is a Certified Professional Analyst in Behaviors, Values, TriMetrix HD and DNA (Competencies). Assessment tools include DISC, Driving Forces, Talent Insights, Acumen, Emotional Quotient, TriMetrix, Sales Skill Index, Teamwork and organizational surveys.
