Who is a candidate for medically managed weight loss solutions?

  • Individuals with a BMI over 30

  • Individuals with a BMI over 27 and a history of hypertension, diabetes, high cholesterol, or metabolic syndrome.

Our discounted medically managed weight loss program is a member-only benefit, with individual memberships at $85/month, and further discounted group memberships. 

Please note that the cost of medications is separate from the membership fee, with injectable weight loss medications starting at $200 per month.
